The location was favourable and close to places we visited. The bus stop was 20 minutes' walk away. The staff was outstandingly accommodating & amicable. The breakfast was good hot and the best we had.

We were there for only one night.....for a funeral......my sister & husband chose this hotel for it's location to funeral -get- togethers w/family.....and made it easy for me to make reservations thru Booked.net. Everything was clean......bed was very comfy.....enjoyable stay.

Brand-new, neat room with a private bathroom and a shower, hairdryers and complimentary toiletries. Exceptionally comfortable beds, perfect after a long day in Omaha. Marvellous location in a sketchy area, heated pool.

Hotel was under renovation. Had we know that, we would never have booked there. Our floor was under full renovation and the strong smell of epoxy was almost overbearing since it was being used in several rooms adjacent to ours. Dust everywhere! The management team tried their best to make us satisfied and relocated us on the same floor but there was renovation being done in rooms next to ours. After two nights, we moved to another hotel...another inconvenient but necessary event. We left with bad headaches of exposure to epoxy fumes...not a good experience. The management team did their best but were put in a bad position trying to make people happy playing with a bad hand.

Comfortable bed and clean room.
Refrigerator needed to be defrosted & cleaned. Hallways and bathroom are dark - lighter colors and more light. Grounds need to be groomed and outside doors repaired. Carpet is frayed in front of elevator.

I found the lobby bright and cute, with comfortable seating areas. The staff were attentive and very helpful. I appreciated the spacious room and its accessibility features, perfect for my needs as a senior.
More options for senior-friendly dining would be appreciated.

Spacious and Convenient Location
The location was perfect, close to the interstate and plenty of restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel could use significant improvement, as I noticed some areas that felt neglected.

Family with children should think twice
The stay started off rocky with check-in issues, had to argue my way into a family room because dad booked it. But once we got in, the beds were comfortable enough for my 3 kids who had a rough day, that was a win considering everything else.
Not exactly cheap, but in the end, it was alright for what we got.
